cannot die

>God cannot die. Therefore, Jesus had to take on human flesh so that he could taste death for all men.

Um. Jesus was God. He died. He came back, which was a little unusual, but he did die. Are you saying he was different in that his spirit didn't die? Do our spirits die at death?

I might think that as a God, he didn't have to die. That I might consider. Of course, his body seemed to age and at some point it would have looked mighty unusual. He could have been changed in a twinkling of an eye, so to speak. There are some that Moses and Elijah did the same. I'm just trying to figure out what you mean that God cannot die. Our primary example seems to have done that.
