Editing Standards: 

Use heading level 1 (#) for main parts of the book (Life of Thomas Shepard, Sincere Convert, and Sound Believer, as well as extra parts at the end).

Use heading level 2 (##) for the chapters within those parts, as well as the names of the chapters (e.g. "##CHAPTER II." and "##THAT THIS GOD MADE ALL MANKIND AT FIRST IN A MOST GLORIOUS AND HAPPY ESTATE, LIKE UNTO HIMSELF.").

Use heading level 3 (###) for the sections within the chapters, as well as the names of those sections (e.g. "###SECTION II." and "###The first Act of Christ's Power, which is Conviction of Sin.").
